Artist Collage 3 August 2015

Artsy Shark is currently receiving applications from visual artists in all mediums. This Call for Artists will be open from August 26 – September 4, 2015. This is a competitive juried submission process, and not all artists will be accepted.

Selected artists will have individual articles published about them on the popular Artsy Shark website. Each artist will present their portfolio and tell their story in their own words. Artist features include a link directly to the artist’s own website. This enables the artist to share more of their work, gain social media followers, capture email addresses of interested visitors, and even make art sales.

Each featured artist article is promoted extensively on social media, sent to thousands of subscribers, and viewed by many of over 35,000 unique readers who visit the each month. It will become a permanent part of the Featured Artist Gallery.

There is a jury fee of $20.00 for each artist submission. Applicants will be juried by viewing the artist’s website and online presence. There are no additional fees to be featured, and Artsy Shark takes no commission whatsoever on any sales or contracts that may be made as a result of the feature.

The deadline for submissions is midnight on September 4, 2015. For more information, visit this link
