“Architecture is more inspiring to me than my other work. I see architecture as an art form itself, almost like a large-scale sculpture that you can walk around and into. Buildings have so much decoration that may be overlooked as you pass by. Even seemingly ordinary architectural aspects can be interesting if viewed a certain way. There are so many eras, styles and materials to study. Architecture is a very interesting subject matter to photograph, because a building’s appearance changes throughout the day due to different lighting.”
